DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
At this stage, we delve into the specifics in detail. We take the necessary measurements of the space and come up with drawings of the layout. We also get architectural drawings, as well as those of the interior and exterior sections. We give our clients the option to choose designs from our existing catalogue, but we can also create new custom designs. We will be with you to guide you if you’re not sure about the changes you want.
DESIGN PLANS
Going through the original designs ensures there is no room for error. That is why this phase involves a meeting with architecture and an interior designer. We will review the plans and drawings to ensure everything appeals to you. You’ll go through the designs with our experts to ascertain that you love them on paper before we turn them into a reality.
PROJECT COMPLETION
When the construction is complete, the supervisor and project manager will take you through the site to inspect the work done. The goal is to confirm that you’re satisfied with the work and everything has met – if not exceed – your expectations. You can bring an independent inspector if you wish. We only leave your property when you’re satisfied with our services. We will also give you a 2-year warranty before leaving.
